For example, this quarter’s Core Value Award recipient, Amelia, was honored under the theme “Think Outside the Board Meeting.” Amelia was chosen for her proactive efforts: she delves into Nova’s systems and processes, identifies opportunities for improvement, leverages the tools at hand, and delivers outstanding service to the communities Nova serves. Her example shows how one person’s commitment can ripple into better tools, smoother operations, and more empowered homeowners and boards.
