Within Community Base, management companies now have the ability to create and post alert notifications that are displayed on-screen anytime a user opens their app. This is a great way to keep residents informed on the important things going on in their neighborhood.

DIRECT TEXT MESSAGING

With Community Base, users can now easily send a direct text message to their management team. It’s as easy as clicking one button in the app that opens up a new message on their device – homeowners never have to search for your phone number again, and can trust that their text message was received.

SUGGESTED PRICING

When it comes to local advertising, there are many different variables that can dictate what a package could look like and how much it will cost. Innovia Co-op has constructed three suggested pricing models for our members to adopt, or customize to better fit their objectives.

Annual Fee to Vendor

$250 – $500/YR


Perfect for members looking to charge a vendor the minimum advertising amount required ($250/yr), with all additional funds generated going back to the management company as a new revenue source.

Annual Fee + Push Notifications

$500+/YR


Offer an enhanced advertising package to vendors, by including push notifications. You choose when they get to send them and what the additional price for this feature should be.

Vendor Sponsored Communities

Members can secure a vendor to sponsor their community apps – they pay the annual fee ($75)! Members can choose to include the vendor in the community’s in-app banner, on the savings page and/or allow them to send push notifications to users.
