ST. LOUIS, Missouri (January 1, 2018) – Innovia co-op, a leading cooperative for residential community management companies, launched a new corporate brand strategy that elevates the brand, website that supports its member network, and technology innovations for the property management industry. These changes followed the announcement that Innovia co-op will represent brands formerly named Innovia and Community Owners Buying Organization.
“We have significantly grown our network over the last couple of years. We believe our brand relaunch reflects our position as an innovative leader in the property and community management industries,” said Mary Hurand, Innovia co-op’s Division President. “Innovia co-ops dedicated to building powerful resources for community management and look forward to growing our network of innovative industry leaders.”
An updated corporate website was introduced at www.innoviaco-op.com to showcase its members, benefits and communities. The new corporate brand identity also includes a new logo, refreshed color palette and fresh, yet simplistic style.

Available on the Apple and Google Play AppStores, Community Base also enables property managers the ability to send push notifications to homeowners during emergency situations or natural disasters.
Innovia co-op continues to evolve its innovative solutions as the market and its members identify needs and ways to leverage the power of a cooperative network.
