This team member is your board’s right-hand, responsible for advising, administering contracts, bidding on major projects, and providing the legal, regulatory, and financial expertise that keeps your HOA strong and prepared.

Your Management Assistant

Your management assistant works directly with the community manager to manage the flow of work between your board and contractors while supporting day-to-day board & homeowner requests.

Your Accounting Team

The Cooper Company accounting team brings over 30 years of experience and a CACM certified accounting manager to your HOA funds to ensure absolute accuracy and timely, detail-oriented financial management.
