In 2001, the management company Albert Management’s founder, Tom Albert, managed 100 associations and 25,000 homes was quickly sold, with instructions to close the doors and terminate every employee.
But with over 75 association customers and over 50 employees, homeowners were instantly without effective management and employees were without jobs. Right then and there, Tom made the decision to create Albert Management Inc – and over a period of 2 months, organized the company, found a new office, and leveraged every personal asset possible to keep his core team paid. A short time later, Albert Management was created to serve 15 associations. Years later, that number continues to rise – and Tom’s commitment to both his customers and his employees has remained a constant.
